Sinopsis:
Mitra termuda di salah satu kantor hukum paling bergengsi di negara ini, Oh Soo Jae telah membuktikan bahwa dia memiliki apa yang diperlukan untuk menjadi salah satu pengacara terbaik di negara ini. Didorong oleh prinsip-prinsipnya yang benar sendiri dan keinginan yang tidak pernah berakhir untuk menang, Soo Jae sedang dalam perjalanan untuk menjadi salah satu pengacara top TK Law Firm. Tetapi ketika salah satu kasusnya berubah secara tak terduga, Soo Jae terpaksa menyaksikan semua kerja kerasnya runtuh di sekelilingnya. Diturunkan di tempat kerja, Soo Jae dipaksa untuk mengambil peran sebagai profesor tambahan di sekolah hukum setempat. Bertekad untuk memenangkan kembali posisinya di dalam firma, Soo Jae melakukan yang terbaik untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan peran barunya tetapi sengatan penurunan pangkat masih tetap ada. Baru setelah bertemu Gong Chan, seorang mahasiswa yang jalurnya sering bertemu dengan Soo Jae, rasa sakit itu mulai berkurang. Meski menanggung beban masa lalu yang menyakitkan, hati hangat Gong Chan tetap kuat, terutama saat rasa sayangnya pada Soo Jae tumbuh.
Jelas jatuh cinta dengan Soo Jae, Gong Chan tetap di sisinya, bahkan saat dia berjuang untuk menemukan jalan kembali ke kebaikan perusahaan. Akankah tekadnya dan dukungan Gong Chan cukup untuk mengembalikan posisinya, atau akankah kekuatan yang terus menekannya?
